What is your standard delivery time?

Standard delivery within Hong Kong is usually 1-2 business days. For international shipments, delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on the destination and shipping method chosen (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).

Do you provide warranty for all hardware?

Yes, we provide standard manufacturer warranty for brand-new products. For refurbished or end-of-life hardware, we offer a dedicated company warranty period ranging from 90 days to 1 year depending on the item.

Can you source end-of-life (EOL) or hard-to-find parts?

Absolutely. We specialize in sourcing hard-to-find and discontinued network equipment. With our global supply network, we can often locate specific SKUs that are no longer available through traditional channels.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept wire transfers (T/T), major credit cards, and PayPal. For regular customers and established companies, we also offer flexible credit terms subject to approval.
